Bio
From a young age, I did everything to meet the prototype of success—excelling in school, pursuing higher education, working hard, and pushing my limits in sports, health, and business.
I started my own company at a young age, chasing financial success, always striving for more. Over time, my perspective on success has evolved and continues to change.

I have experienced both extremes—struggle and achievement, scarcity and abundance, disconnection and deep awareness.
I grew up in a small town in the Netherlands, moved to Amsterdam, then Ibiza, and now Lisbon, always following my vision of living abroad, in the sun, in alignment with my ever-expanding understanding of life.
This journey has required me to let go of old structures, shift my life; social circles, work, environment and transform both my external world and my inner experience.

I practice embodied integrated spirituality—not as something separate from life but as something fully lived.
For me, spirituality is not just an internal process; it is about presence, creation, and actively shaping reality.
It is found in breathwork and ice baths, in sports and movement, in music and dance, in time spent with friends, in deep conversation, in being in nature, in learning new things, in traveling, in appreciating beauty, in experiences that make life rich and meaningful.
I live fully, grounded yet open, always curious.
